These programs give a great support and accountability by structuring their process in steps. Alcoholic Anonymous have 12 steps for this process. They not only have weekly meetings but every day if they have people they need to help.
To get through the alcoholism problem, it is going to need some sacrifice but the good thing is that many people have come out of it and you can too. It is worth the hard work.
